Goat milk ice cream & cheeses -made fresh from our own pastured goats as well as from other local goat milk providers.

Goat cheeses include soft goat cheese (chevre), feta-like cheese, Cypriot halloumi cheese and kashkavel (kashkawan), an aged hard cheese originating in Eastern Europe

Ice cream flavors are based on seasonal, organic and locally grown fruit such as mamey, black sapote, avocado, jack fruit, mulberry, strawberry, dragon fruit as well as fair-trade, organic cacao and vanilla.
